  1. Customized or Personalized Items: Handbags that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

  2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" on our website cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. We do not furnish a return label as a standard practice. Our policy covers return shipping expenses solely in the event that the item is found to be damaged.
